Settles Bad Faith Insurance Case

Tom Connick recently settled a significant insurance insurance bad faith case against a national insurance carrier on behalf of a commercial entity client. The insurance carrier failed to properly adjust and pay Tom’s client for significant damages to the company’s building. After extensive discovery, Tom negotiated a very favorable settlement on behalf of his client, well in excess of the original claim amount. The express terms of the settlement are confidential.

Over the last three (3) years Tom has secured in excess of $5 million dollars in settlement proceeds on behalf of policyholders who have been victims of various insurance carriers’ bad faith behavior and actions.
